I had been a patient here for a while(and had received great care), at the location in MLK before they moved and had relentlessly called(because sometimes it was hard to get someone on the phone),trying to make another appt for a cleaning, to no avail.FINALLY someone picked up and told me that they were moving(Dental department),confirmed I was a patient in their system,and told me they would be call back,once they were up and running...Never did.So,I reached out to the one in Douglasville I got a cleaning there ONCE. Unfortunately for me, they're too far away from where I live to keep traveling there, on a regular basis. So I reached out to the one on Ralph David Abernathy, and surprisingly, someone picked up the phone! I told her that I would like to set an appointment for a cleaning and she told me that because I had gone to the one in Douglasville, I was no longer a patient there?How insane is that? Furthermore,I was told that I would be treated as a new patient and that they were NO LONGER accepting new patients,at this time! I mean, what was I supposed to do? Wait for them to call me and not reach out to any other Dental Clinic?I thoroughly enjoyed going to this Clinic (before they moved)because of the customer service,etcetera, but this completely took me by surprise,hence the two stars...

I made a appt here to get a cleaning I paid for that appt. They stated my pressure was too high I needed to reschedule. We to next schedule appt they stated the same thing then she booked me 6 months away to come back. I didn’t remember the appt date and been calling for a month no one answers the phone I need my money back for this appt also my primary doctor stated that my pressure wasn’t high when they said it was

One of my greatest desire is to receive excellent customer service when I go into an place of business. Well let me tell the truth I received excellent customer service the moment that I walked into the building. I was greeted by the security guard (Nita) who directed to the right place. My next encounter was with Angie at the front desk. She is one of the reason I came there. Thank you Angie for your excellent customer service and your encouragement. I also received excellent service from Dr.Buggs and Sherrida the dental assistant . Thank you all for your great customer service, I can't wait to come back! Carmen Allen

I saw Dr. Edwina today for an annual check up in the adult women's health wing. She was AMAZING. Hands down the sweetest doctor I've ever met. She was easy to talk to and made the physical so much easier and pleasant by walking me through the whole thing. Women know it's already bad enough getting a Pap test, but she made it bearable and as painless as possible. Will definitely be coming back for my next annual. The visit was also very affordable, easy sliding scale that made it only $40 to see the doctor. We need more of this in our healthcare crisis!
